More martial arts art! I love the gracefulness that martial arts both requires and harnesses in it’s practitioners. The ultimate form of dedication, self-discipline and self-control.
Here is a piece of artwork that I did digitally on my art tablet and PC. Orangutans always remind me of the issue of deforestation. This is a huge issue with many habitats being destroyed. The homes of many creatures like the orangutan, tiger, elephant and rhino are being ruined.

Save our amazing oceans.
The front cover of my new children’s book is ready and I’m just putting the final colours on the images. I am eager to get this published as soon as possible but I am not rushing through the processes. I must be thorough and do everything in the correct way. Here is a teaser of the front cover; more will be revealed shortly…
Today I’ve been formatting my book into the correct file size for printing. This is a laborious but necessary task. The most enjoyable part for me is the creative element so I’m not a massive fan of this phase of the process. I like to draw, write and think of new plots to my stories. It’s going to be a long day or two staring at the the screen. My poor eyes!
I’m just making a few more changes to my book before I start the ball rolling on getting it published.
I’ve been up since 7:30 working on my next book and it’s almost there.
A few tweaks here and there and I will be deciding on which printers to use and my self-publishing options. It’s very exciting and I can’t wait to release it. It’s a lot of hard work but I love it. When you’re doing something you love then you want to work for hours and hours on it. Once again, I’m having to be patient, which is not my strong suit. It’s all part of the process, I guess.
Whilst my first book is ‘out there’, I have been busy with a new idea. As I mentioned before, I want my first book to be published traditionally, however I am open to the idea of self-publishing my second book series as I want it available to buy soon. I’ve made excellent progress with this one and it is almost there. I can’t wait to get it out into the big, wide world.
